Ellon Equity Release is a trading name of Phil Anderson Financial Services which was set up by Phil Anderson in April 2009.

Our aim is to provide impartial independent financial advice tailored to our clients' needs. Phil has over 10 years experience working in financial services which has included managing a local building society and several years working as an Independent Financial Adviser.

At Ellon Equity Release we are not tied to any one lender or company and can research the whole market to obtain the best financial products for our clients.

One of the things that set us apart from other financial advisers is our flexibility when meeting clients. Phil is available for evening and weekend appointments as well as daytime appointments. Home visits are available and we also have access to an office in Aberdeen should the need arise.

We have clients all over the North East of Scotland and beyond. We deal with all the major players in the Equity Release market including Aviva, Liverpool Victoria, Hodge Lifetime and Just Retirement.
